Rubio Monocoat USA LLC (Spicewood, Texas) has relocated its headquarters from Oxnard, Calif., to Spicewood, Texas.
The new 10,000-square-foot facility became operational in January.
Operations and Finance Director Jess Card said in a statement that the relocation to Texas was made in order to improve the company’s shipping times by centralizing its location in the U.S.
“Moving to the middle of the country allows us to service almost all customers within two to three days and allows us to get product from Europe in half the time,” said Card.
The new facility has 5,000 square feet dedicated to warehousing and also features a 2,500-square-foot training center.
