Uzin Utz has appointed Clint Olson to Regional Manager South.

Olson has more than 25 years of flooring installation, sales training and management experience. He was hired by Uzin in April 2016 as its business development manager for the Southeast.

“Clint’s natural leadership style, relationships with the regional customer base, and overall knowledge of the flooring industry made for the perfect selection to lead the Uzin South team,” Uzin Brand Manager Brian Preuss said in a statement.

Olson is based in Tulsa, Okla.

U.S. households earning $75,000 a year can afford only 21.2% of home listings as of March 2025—up from 20.8% in March 2024 and the largest gain of any income group, according to the National Association of Realtors.
