The World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) announced an online business management course within WFCA University.
The members-only program features 25 online training modules that focus on a number of business management topics, including budgeting, delegation, motivation and communication. The coursework was developed by business leaders across the U.S.
“WFCA University is tailored to deliver just the right level of training for every stage of an individual’s career, whether just starting out or a highly seasoned business owner,” WFCA’s VP of Marketing and Communications Freida Staten said in a statement.
