Shaw Industries (Dalton, Ga.) was recognized for its recruiting and application process with a 2018 North American Candidate Experience Award.
The flooring manufacturer was among 65 companies to receive the distinction, which is given out by the Talent Board, a nonprofit that promotes a “quality candidate experience.”
“Understanding that great people are at the heart of our business encourages us to take pride in fostering a culture that continues to attract and retain the best talent,” Shaw Chief Human Resources Officer Mike Fromm said in a statement. “We seek to have an engaging, professional and authentic recruitment experience with our candidates.”
