Here's a quick tip to keep in mind when you're doing work on your big machine. When you have to remove the bolt/set screw to get to the motor (so you can replace bearings or do other internal work), it's safest to use an automotive oil filter wrench instead of a pair of multi-grip pliers (what everybody calls by one of the brand names, Channellocks). When you use the multi-grip pliers and you squeeze them tight, the teeth really bite into the pulley and can damage it.
