Tennessee Embraces Warm, Natural Tones in Wood Floors

Warm, natural tones have taken over the wood floors in the Nashville, Tenn., suburbs as homeowners shift away from previous gray floor trends, say Mount Juliet, Tenn.-based Brown Oaks Flooring owners Jeff and Ashley Do Carmo.

They add that homeowners started asking for light, earth-toned stains after the pandemic. “People were suddenly at home all the time and wanted a change,” Ashley says.
