Wood is brushbox. A very high-density timber that can often show up with scratches from the sandpaper if the sanding isn't done carefully. It's also a challenge to finish due to a lot of natural oils rising up out of the wood and causing havoc in the next coats. But, despite all that, it looks good, and that's all that really matters. #fudgeflat

Simple but effective. When the customer is told no, we love to say yes. Vinyl can take a hike. We saved another floor from the landfill. Not over the top on creativity or size but every floor saved matters regardless of square footage.
