Columbia will increase prices by up to 10 percent on its 3/4-inch prefinished solid oak hardwood flooring products in response to a long-running industry trend of rising hardwood lumber costs, the company says. The new pricing, effective Nov. 1, applies only to Columbia's prefinished oak collection. Meanwhile, Medallion has raised prices by 12 percent on most of its solid hardwood products.
