The NWFA held a Jigs and Staircase Workshop in St. Louis Sept. 21-24; 18 students attended the sold-out event. NWFA's Steve Seabaugh led the course, while NWFA's Frank Kroupa assisted. Volunteer instructors included Tony Robison (Consult Inspect Design Inc.) and Bob Humphreys (Majestic Wood Floors Inc.).Imgp3634web

Open positions in the construction sector rose from 266,000 in April to 298,000 in May, coming in above the 222,000 recorded a year earlier, according to the National Association of Home Builders’ analysis of the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey.
