Massachusetts-based wood floor man Howard Brickman has been added to Hardwood Floors' stable of bloggers. Brickman, who owns Norwell, Mass.-based Brickman Consulting and has worked in the industry since 1978, will post his thoughts to our popular Inspector Blog, along with Craig DeWitt. Brickman has worked in Memphis and Seattle, as well, and in 1999 he was a Floor of the Year winner. From residential work, to sport floors, to concert halls, to 300-plus-year-old homes, Brickman has experience with it all. He is also a charter member of the NWFA. In his posts, Brickman intends to "challenge some of the mythology regarding wood flooring that has been incorporated into the collective consciousness" of the industry.
