Teragren Fine Bamboo Flooring, Panels & Worktops (Bainbridge Island, Wash.) recently restructured its sales division, moving former Vice President of Panel & Veneer Sales Paola Rutledge into a new role as head of the company's Commercial Contract Division. Teragren's Contract Division is intended to serve the architectural and design communities.
Also, Teragren shifted the focus of John Austin, who formerly oversaw the company's Flooring Division, to oversee sales of the company's entire product line.
"This shift will improve coordination between sales vice presidents and capitalize on John's strength in distributor relationship management," said Teragren President Mike Boshart. "Taking a stepped approach to integrating product lines among our outside sales team will also allow for improved distributor coordination."
The latest move from Teragren is part of a series of personnel changes that started in January 2011 when Boshart, who was a corporate officer at iFloor before joining Teragren, was moved from vice president to president. In July, Teragren's founders David Knight and Ann Knight stepped down from their leadership roles within the company. And earlier this month, Teragren appointed new managers within its sales and marketing departments.
