NWFA to Host Equipment Repair Workshops

The NWFA has added two Field Equipment Repair workshops to its 2012 technical training schedule. The workshops, which both immediately follow Intermediate Installation and Sand & Finish schools, will be held on these dates:

  • June 16 in St. Louis (following the Intermediate school June 13-15)
  • Sept. 29 in Las Vegas (following the Intermediate school Sept. 26-28)

Attendees will learn the basics for equipment diagnostics, preventative maintenance and on-site repair-like when a big machine or edger quits on the job. Plus, local contractors are invited to bring their own equipment. The cost to attend the workshop is $175 for members and $200 for non-members; students attending the preceding Intermediate schools receive a $75 discount.

HF Contractor Blogger Wayne Lee from Cardinal Hardwood & Tile (Springville, Tenn.), along with other industry professionals, will share his expertise during the workshop.
