The hotel room block for the National Wood Flooring Association's (NWFA) 2012 Wood Flooring Expo on April 10-13, has been extended until the end of the business day
on Thursday, March 22, giving attendees more opportunity to lock in a preferred rate at the host hotel, the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention center. All Expo events, from the opening reception to the closing party on the Expo show floor, will be held at the Gaylord.
There's also still time to register at preferred rates for the event. Full expo registration (including all educational sessions and events) costs $400 for members and $500 for non-members. Trade-show-only registration, which includes the opening reception, opening keynote and admittance to the trade show, including the Demo Theater and the closing party (including cocktails and giveaways, including a Harley-Davidson motorcycle) is free for members and $25 for non-members. The show, which is the only one in the world dedicated exclusively to wood flooring, will feature an opening party on Tuesday night, trade show hours on Wednesday and Thursday, and educational and networking events throughout the show. The Expo floor, which is nearly sold out, will feature more than 200 exhibitors, 45 of which are first-time exhibitors.
