Hanley Wood, organizer of Surfaces, announced on Friday that the Las Vegas Market home furnishings show will coincide with the annual flooring show for 2013 and 2014.
Surfaces will take place Jan. 28-31, 2013, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, and the Las Vegas Market will be held Jan. 28-Feb. 1, 2013, at the World Market Center Las Vegas campus near downtown Las Vegas' Fremont Street. Nearly 1,000 manufacturers will have wares on display at the World Market Center, and it will also feature educational and networking events, as well.
The two events were one week apart in 2012. As a result, "both parties agreed that it was in the best interest of our events to hold our dates concurrently and give our customers a convenient, one-stop-shopping opportunity, saving them both time and money," Hanley Wood said in a release.
