Wood flooring distributorships Horizon Forest Products and Long Floor, two companies that have logistically worked as one for the past five years, recently announced they have fully merged. Moving forward, the company will operate under the Horizon Forest Products name.
The merger brings together Horizon Forest Products' five branches with Long Floor's four branches, covering North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland, and Virginia; Horizon Forest Products recently opened its newest branch in Sterling, Va. at 113 Executive Drive, Suite 129. David Williams, the newly merged company's vice president, said the merger will streamline business operations and increase efficiency and productivity for its more than 100 employees.
