The Ardex Group (Witten, German) has shuffled the leadership structure of its Ardex Americas (Aliquippa, Pa.) business segment effective Jan. 1. The company's new executive management team comprises Lori Angelo, Mike Crouch and Jesse David, who will all share responsibility for Ardex Americas' performance.
Angelo, who has worked for 31 years with Ardex Americas, will continue as CFO and vice president, shared services. She is also responsible for the company's supply chain, purchasing, IT, administration, legal and HR duties.
Crouch, previously vice president and chief marketing officer, has been named president, Ardex Americas, Latin America division. He will be responsible for acquisitions, research and development, and representing Ardex Americas to the parent company's Global Management Committee. Crouch has wored 15 years with Ardex Americas.
David, previously vice president and general manager, has been named president, Ardex Americas, U.S. and Canada division. David will be responsible for overall operations, technical functions and marketing functions; he has worked at Ardex Americas for 21 years.
