Tommy Maxwell Elected to Board of Hardwood Federation PAC

Tommy Maxwell, president and CEO of Maxwell Hardwood Flooring (Monticello, Ark.), was unanimously elected to the board of the Hardwood Federation Political Action Committee (HFPAC) located in Washington, D.C. Maxwell will represent the National Wood Floor Association on the board for a term of two years. The Hardwood Federation, which the PAC represents and of which the NWFA is a supporter, works with the federal government on issues that impact the small and large businesses in the hardwood community across the entire supply chain. The bipartisan HFPAC is the federation's financial arm. The HFPAC's board coordinates spending and the educational outreach efforts. "I'm looking forward to working with Tommy in his new role on the Federation's PAC Board," said Dana Lee Cole, the Hardwood Federation's executive director. "He has a great passion for the industry and will do a wonderful job conveying the impact of federal action on the hardwood industry to members of Congress and the administration."
