CMH Space operates in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions, the same geographic area as Haines, and the two companies will remain separate entities until integration is complete sometime in late 2014.
In conjunction with the integration, Haines' relationship with Armstrong Commercial Flooring will strengthen with the creation of a dedicated Armstrong division in the Mid-Atlantic, responsible for driving sales of Armstrong products in the region.
