3M (St. Paul, Minn.) has named Frank Little executive vice president of the company's Safety and Graphics business. Little will oversee more than 40 major platforms, including respiratory protection, hearing protection, fall protection, passive fire protection, protective eyewear, head and face protection, reflective materials and graphics for traffic control and guidance, and commercial hand and floor pads. Little has held leadership positions in a number of 3M organizations.

Following Little's appointment, 3M named Ashish Khandpur vice president and general manager, Personal Safety Division, Safety and Graphics Business, effective Jan. 1. Khandpur was previously vice president, Research and Development, Industrial Business.
