That's twice the length and dollar amount originally set when the warranty program was launched in 2013. "The program has taken off," INSTALL director John McGrath said in a statement. "More installers are getting certified, more contractors are getting certified, and customers are noticing and considering the warranty benefit when awarding jobs."

INSTALL offers a free third-party, value-added installation guarantee on the work of its Certified Contractors for commercial and residential installations of hardwood, carpet and resilient flooring. The INSTALL Certification was created to identify INSTALL's most dependable and skilled installers.
