The Philadelphia Floor Store (Conshohocken, Pa.), will hold its annual Nailer Day on Thursday, March 20, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The free event will take place at the distributor's Conshohocken showroom and is open to all hardwood flooring contractors.
The highlight will be the "Fastest Nailer in the East" contest, sponsored by Aacer. All attendees are invited to participate; the hardwood flooring contractor who nails down 18 square feet of wood in the least amount of time will lay claim to the title and $500 grand prize. Last year's winning time was two minutes and 52 seconds. Here's a video from that competition:
Attendees also will be entitled to special pricing, giveaways and a chance to win tools and equipment. Representatives from Bostitch, Primatech, Aacer, Century and Powernail will be in attendance to demo the latest products and provide expertise. Bring a nailer, and PFS will repair it onsite without charging labor costs.
