Mark Blakley, Haines & Company Inc.'s vice president of operations, passed away March 27. He had been on Haines executive team since August 2013.
"Mark was only with us a short while, but everyone that worked with him recognized him as a very competent leader and a genuinely good person," said Bruce Zwicker, Haines president and CEO, said in a statement. "Mark moved from Ohio to come work for Haines and found a home here. He spoke about how much he loved the company and was excited about contributing to Haines as we embark on our future. He will be dearly missed."
Blakley's career before Haines includes roles as operations manager, distribution center manager, six sigma leader global supply chain and distribution general manager.
Blakley is survived by his wife, Jennifer, and son, Will.
