Bostik Inc. (Wauwatosa, Wis.) has appointed Michelle Swiniarski as market manager, ceramic installation systems, according to a statement from the company.
Swiniarski will report to Scott Banda, director of marketing.
"Michelle brings a great deal of highly professional industry knowledge to Bostik, and we are delighted to have her onboard," Banda said in a statement. "There is no question that she will be a valuable addition to our team."
Prior to Bostik, Swiniarski was QEP Co. Inc.'s director of product market, adhesives, and a product manager at MAPEI Corp. before that.
She will be based out of Bostik's North American headquarters in Wauwatosa.
