The National Wood Flooring Association held its four-day Principles of Wood Flooring training course last week, which emphasized skills across the whole gamut of installing wood floors.
Attendees learned introductory skills for floor installation, sanding and finishing. The course took place April 29-May 2 at NWFA headquarters in Chesterfield, Mo., near St. Louis.
Twelve people attended the course instructed by Brett Miller, NWFA; Dave Erickson, UFloor Systems; Doug Keaton, DuraSeal; Mark Mukosiej, Arboritec USA; Matt Thrane, Gehl Floors; Mike Kearns, Primatech; Rich Olson, Just Around the Corner; and Wayne Lee, Middle Tennessee Lumber.
