The award is given to companies committed to helping the port grow and that are dedicated to Virginia and the mid-Atlantic region. Lumber Liquidators is currently investing $60 million to "deepen its presence in the Commonwealth," including the construction of a 1 million square-foot distribution center in Henrico County, Va.
"Lumber Liquidators has always gone above and beyond to be a strong partner in helping grow The Port of Virginia," said John F. Reinhart, CEO and executive director of the Virginia Port Authority. "They have a clear commitment to the Commonwealth of Virginia and we are fortunate to have them as part of our business community."
