Otero brings 25 years of experience working in the cleaning and restoration industry to Dri-Eaz, which sells products for the drying and restoration of water-damaged buildings.
"With his extensive experience, he will greatly enhance our commitment to distributors and customers to provide the very best products and training and support their success," said John Ormsby, Dri-Eaz president, in a statement.
Otero was most recently national sales manager for COIT Services and general manager for the Phoenix COIT store.
Otero holds Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification in ASD, CPT, UPH and WRT. He has taught more than 150 educational seminars to approximately 3,000 restorers, insurance agents and adjusters across the United States and Canada.
He will be based in Phoenix.
