Quick-Step co-hosted a benefit in Dallas for local charity Dwell With Dignity, a non-profit group of interior designers that create homes for families struggling with homelessness and poverty.
"Dwell provides them with a place to live that is 'not just-a-roof-over-their-heads,' but a home that has been decorated by local interior designers with items donated from Dallas designers and showrooms, so the family's new apartment home is functional, beautiful, and emotionally uplifting," said Paij Thorn-Brooks, vice president of brand marketing for Quick-Step's parent company, Unilin.
Quick-Step co-hosted the evening cocktail event and silent auction with Dallas' Anatole Hotel. Special guests at the event, which took place at a restaurant on the Anatole Hotel's 27th floor, included Quick-Step's celebrity designer partner and contestant on NBC's "American Dream Builders" Erinn Valencich.
Quick-Step, a longtime laminate flooring manufacturer, introduced a wood flooring line Q-Wood by Quick-Step Hardwood Collection at Surfaces in January.
