Uzin Gets a New Regional Manager for the Midwest Region

Gary Onate is now regional manager for the Midwest region for Uzin, a division of UFloor Systems Inc. (Aurora, Colo.) Onate2

Most recently, Onate was an installation specialist and product manager for the E.J. Welch Company (Earth City, Mo.) in its Chicago location. There he managed and taught sales personnel floor installation techniques, worked with vendors, searched out new products and developed new sales opportunities. He spent 15 of his 21 years in the industry as a floor-covering installer.

Onate will be based out of Chicago. He will work with the E.J. Welch Company, Uzin's distributor partner for UFloor Systems in the Midwest.
