CMO Williams K. Schlegel sold 1,287 shares at a price of $58.05 per share. Douglas T. Moore sold 2,200 shares at a price of $58.39 per share.
Lumber Liquidators stock dropped 21.5 percent in one day, going from $70.42 to $55.14, after it released disappointing second-quarter results in July.
