Shaw Receives Accolade for Training Program

Shaw Industries Group Inc. (Dalton, Ga.) ranked fourth out of 100 companies on Elearning! magazine's Learning! 100, which identifies companies who put the onus on internal training.

This is the fourth year in a row Shaw has made the magazine's list. Other winners included Aetna, Coca-Cola, Ingersoll Rand and Xerox.

"This tremendous honor reflects the hard work of all the training associates in the company who work passionately every day to create a great place to work by helping to develop our associates, customers and communities," said Brian Cooksey, director of operations training and development, in a statement.
