The National Wood Flooring Association will offer the surest bet in Las Vegas during The International Surfaces Event in January—a workshop on humidity and wood floors.

"Environmental Effects on Wood" is a one-day workshop on Jan. 23. Aprilaire (Madison, Wis.) experts Randy Lenz (pictured) and Janis Rozenbergs will lead the workshop.

The course covers water/wood relationships, how environmental conditions affect wood flooring, temperature and humidity and HVAC and humidification/dehumidification systems.
