SMART Carpet and Flooring (Manasquan, N.J.) was selected as a finalist for the International Service Excellence Award by the Customer Service Institute of America.
The ISE Award recognizes companies that demonstrate excellence, professionalism and outstanding achievement. The Customer Service Institute of America determines finalists by looking at company history, management background, products and services offered, company philosophy and staff professionalism.
