H.B. Fuller Construction Products Inc. (Aurora, Ill.) made two changes to its organizational structure by filling two new positions: business director for wholesale flooring distribution and business director for concrete repair and restoration.
The additional positions were required to support an expanded production footprint and product offering after Fuller acquired Pro Spec Construction Products in September, the company said.
Rachel Gibbons is the new wholesale flooring distribution director. She has 15 years of experience in the flooring industry, most recently as H.B. Fuller's global marketing director. She will manage the company's flooring strategy among flooring contractors and distribution partners in North America.
Paul Henning is the new concrete repair and restoration director—H.B. Fuller's new business. Henning was the former COO of Pro Spec and will organize the newly acquired business for growth.
