Pergo, Quick-Step Owners File Patent Suit Against Innovation 4 Flooring

Unilin, owners of Pergo and Quick-Step flooring brands, filed a patent infringement lawsuit against the Dutch part of an Innovation 4 Flooring patent regarding its Clic4You and Triple Lock technologies.

Unilin alleges that these technologies infringe upon several Unilin and Pergo locking patents. These technologies impact Unilin’s wood flooring business segment.

The lawsuit was filed in The Hague in the Netherlands.
