Shaw Industries Makes No. 8 on Forbes’ ‘Best Employers’ List

Shaw Industries Inc. (Dalton, Ga.) was named the eighth best employer in America by Forbes in the magazine’s annual America’s Best Employers list.

Shaw was the only floor covering company to rank among the top 500 best employers.

The list was compiled through surveys given to more than 20,000 employees. Companies needed to have more than 2,500 employees to be considered.

“This prestigious designation speaks volumes about our commitment to continually respond to the changing needs of our associates, while participating in a competitive business environment,” said Vance Bell, CEO, in a statement.
