The Guild to Hold Class Off The East Coast For First Time

The Floor Educational Guild is holding an Advanced Wood Science Class for hardwood flooring professionals in Denver July 30–August 2, its first class west of the Mississippi River.

The course will cover inspection of floors and how to determine the root causes of gaps, cupping and crowning. Joe Loferski, professor of wood mechanics at Virginia Tech, will lead the class.
