The Silvaris Corporation, a Seattle-based building products distributor, acquired the Specialty Building Products Division of Bridgewell Resources LLC (Tigard, Ore.).
The acquisition of the Daphne, Ala., division, which manufactured flooring among other products, is a strategic move by Silvaris to strengthen its presence in the Southeastern United States, according to a statement from Bridgewell Resources.
“We would like to thank the management and employees of our Specialty Building Products operations for their ongoing commitment to performance,” said Bridgewell CEO Pat McCauley. “We are pleased that our employees have the opportunity to continue to move forward as part of Silvaris.”
