Point-of-Sales Regulations Changing Oct. 1; NWFA to Host Webinar

All businesses have until Oct. 1 to comply with new EMV (Euro, MasterCard, Visa) credit card regulations or risk being held liable for any fraudulent credit card charges.

On Sept. 9, National Wood Flooring Association members are invited to watch a free webinar regarding those changes from Ignite Payments, a credit card processing solutions company. The webinar will provide an overview of the new regulations and what wood flooring companies need to do to process credit card transactions securely.

The webinar begins at 2 p.m. CT. Participants can register online.
