Joe Egan Jr., who spent his career in the wood flooring industry, passed away at the age of 89 on May 11, 2015, in Clemson, S.C.
Egan worked most recently for Permagrain. Before that he was a marketing executive for Peace Flooring Co. Inc. and Wood Mosaic.
“He loved the business and the people that he had the pleasure to deal with,” said his son, Clifton, in an email.
Egan is survived by his three sons, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
