Rubio Monocoat (Oxnard, Calif.) has big plans for 2016.
It will relocate its warehouse operations from Oxnard, Calif., to Austin, Texas, by the end of the year and hire three new territory representatives.
The final change is already complete. The company restructured its management team, which now includes Lex Schaap as managing director, Patrick Mervyn as sales and marketing director, Ray Wall as industrial and technical director and Jess Card as operations and finance director.
The changes were spurred by Rubio Monocoat’s recent rapid growth, according to a statement from the company.
