Ohio Files Consumer Protection Lawsuit Against Wood Flooring Company

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine filed a lawsuit against the owner of a hardwood flooring company who allegedly failed to deliver the services he advertised, according to the Norwalk Reflector.

The owner, Jeremy Leeper of Custom Hardwood Floors in Columbus, Ohio, advertised hardwood refinishing and installation services on Craigslist, according to the attorney general. He allegedly did not deliver the services purchased and refused to provide refunds to customers.

Five consumers have filed complaints against the company with the state. Total damages are estimated at $2,585.
