Armstrong Flooring (Lancaster, Pa.) hired Brent Flaharty as vice president of residential sales.
Flaharty is responsible for sales in the residential business and all residential channels, including distribution, builder, property management, national accounts and retail strategic accounts.
Most recently, Flaharty worked as chief revenue officer for Maglite. He also worked for Black & Decker earlier in his career.
“Having a single leader with responsibility for our channel-focused teams will streamline implementation of our strategy and enable us to increase engagement with our customers,” said Joe Bondi, senior vice president of North America Residential, in a statement. “Brent brings significant sales and marketing leadership experience to our team, and we are excited to have him on board.”
