Sales for the year were $960.58 million, a 1.89 percent decrease compared with 2015 sales of $978.77 million.
In the fourth quarter of 2016, Lumber Liquidators reported a loss of $5.49 million, $14.43 million less than its loss of $19.83 million in the fourth quarter of 2015.
Fourth quarter sales were $244.9 million, a 4.29 percent increase compared with $234.81 million in the fourth quarter of 2015. Comparable store sales increased 2.8 percent.
"We are pleased with our sales performance during the quarter, posting our second consecutive increase in comparable sales,” said CEO Dennis Knowles in a statement. “While this represents a further step in the right direction, we remain focused on improving our business to drive long term value for Lumber Liquidators shareholders.”
