Stauf USA LLC (Arlington, Tenn.) acquired Dalton, Ga.-based Advanced Adhesive Technologies Inc..
The acquisition will strengthen both companies by combining technologies and product offerings in the adhesive marketplace, a statement from Stauf said.
The two companies will operate as separate entities, and no changes will be made to current distribution, employees or management.

You need the vision and willingness to take risks to reach your goals and fulfill your dreams,” according to a statement attributed to owners Wolfgang and Sarah Stauf. “Today we have taken the first step into a new chapter of our business by acquiring AAT, a family owned-and-operated business with values and visions similar to our own. We are excited about growing both companies, and look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead.”
