Roy Reichow, owner of National Wood Floor Consultants Inc. (Cedar, Minn.), will lead an educational seminar about how to prevent noisy floors on Sept. 27 in Arden Hills, Minn.
The class, “How to Avoid the Snap, Crackle, Pop in Your Wood Floor,” will cover what causes noisy floors, the importance of subfloors, over-nailing and sound suppression systems for multi-family dwellings. The class will also go over a contractor’s liability for noisy floors.
The class will take place at Flaherty’s Arden Bowl from 8:30–11:45 a.m. and costs $59. The cost includes breakfast, which starts at 8 a.m.
