Dustin Sams
Shamrock Plank Flooring (Memphis, Tenn.) hired Dustin Sams as plant controller.
He works closely with production and operations to ensure Shamrock’s strategies for quality, cost and efficiency are met, if not exceeded. He will also play a role in implementing new software to integrate sales, accounting, operations and inventory management.
Sams was most recently at Waymon Earnest Construction Company. He previously worked at Shamrock as an inventory control manager and comes from a hardwood background.
“I’ve come back home to Shamrock, and I’m really looking forward to working with the phenomenal Shamrock team that’s in place,” Sams said in a statement. “We all have tremendous confidence in each other’s abilities, and together we can achieve excellence.”
