The Flooring Contractors Association (FCICA) announced its schedule of educational opportunities occurring at the 2018 Mid-Year Meeting, “A Sweet Experience,” Oct. 3–5 in Hershey, Pa.
The meeting’s four educational sessions will be held throughout the day Thursday, Oct. 4.
The first session, a presentation by Nelson White of Spartan Surfaces, is entitled “Recruit, Motivate and Retain Top Talent.”
The following session, led by Brent Fike of Roppe Holding Company, will be an overview of ASTM F3261; the third session, “Business Succession Planning” will follow a networking lunch and will be presented by Clifton Guise of Federated Insurance.
The final educational session is “Communicating from the Field to the Office,” presented by Mike Newberry, CIM, and Gerry Swift, CIM.
