Home prices increased 3.7% year-over-year in March, according to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Index. The increase slowed from the previous month, which had a price growth of 3.9%. The 10-City Composite increased 2.3% (down from 2.5%) and the 20-City Composite grew 2.7% (down from 3.0%) during March. The full report can be found here.
