A 110,000-square-foot megamansion in Bel Air known as “The One,” which features parquet flooring by Gardena, Calif.-based Parquet by Dian, was listed for $295 million, putting it on track to be the most expensive home in the U.S. market, Mansion Global reported.

If the lavish property does not sell by Feb. 28, it will go to bankruptcy auction and sell to the highest bidder, Bloomberg reported.

The project was built on spec and took 10 years to complete, earning the title of largest residential home in the U.S. along the way. It was originally valued at $500 million. The developer filed for bankruptcy in October to stave off foreclosure, according to Bloomberg.

The massive house includes 11,000 square feet of solid white oak parquet, which was featured on the cover of WFB’s October/November issue.

The building—which features a moat, nightclub, spa and an entire room dedicated to candy—is being marketed globally.
