The North American Association of Floor Covering Distributors (NAFCD) launched its 2022 Cross-Industry Compensation and Benefits Survey.
The survey will contribute to an upcoming NAFCD report designed to provide a detailed analysis of compensation and benefit-related statistics for the distribution industry. The deadline to participate in the survey is March 1, and results of the survey will be available May 13.
“By participating in this study, you will help your industry in producing collective data that can provide actionable information for you and your peers,” NAFCD said in a statement.
The organization’s previous survey received completed surveys from more than 900 distribution companies, representing 10,000 locations.
NAFCD partnered with Industry Insights, a third-party research firm that specializes in survey research for associations.
